Quarterly Planning Workshop

Do the work that can’t wait.

Real productivity = getting more of what matters done.

It's time to decide what matters - or your calendar, clients, and chaos will do it for you.

Bring the project that won’t shut up while you’re plowing through obligations. This is the room where it finally gets a container, a cadence, and a date.

Live Friday, September 19 at 9:00 AM PT, I’m running my revamped Quarterly Planning Workshop - and I'd love to have you in the room.

Over 90 minutes, we'll:

  • Address the reality of why it hasn't happened yet, cut through any shame/blame, and move into the doing phase
  • Design the MVP version of your dream (you get to decide whether or not to share with the class)
  • Review roadblocks and come up with concrete solutions for handling them when they inevitably raise their heads
  • Get your great work on the calendar, because what gets scheduled gets done

This is an interactive workshop where you'll be doing the work in real time to take the fire you have for this project and transform it into a plan you can bank on.

You leave with:

  • A Q4 plan that serves your life’s work (not the other way around)
  • A simple week-by-week cadence you’ll actually keep
  • A short “stop doing list” so scope creep dies on contact
  • Clear next steps you can start now

FAQ

What if I don’t know what my “life’s work” project is yet?

Bring the one that’s been tugging at you. It doesn’t have to be fully formed. We’ll shape it together.

Do I have to share my project with the group?

Nope. Share if you want feedback, keep it private if you don’t. Both ways work.

I’ve done planning workshops before and never stuck with it. How is this different?

This isn’t about building a perfect Notion board. We’re making a plan sized for your actual life, with a rhythm you can keep.

Will there be a replay?

Yes, but the real magic is in showing up live and getting it done in the room.

What do I need to bring?

Your project idea (even in draft form), your calendar, and a willingness to cut the noise.

What if something comes up and I can’t make it?

You’ll get the replay and worksheets. But don’t sign up hoping to catch it later - live is where the accountability lands.
